Add UTM tags and custom parameters

Add UTM tags and custom parameters Add UTM tags and custom parameters to your Checkout Link. These help you track where your customers are coming from and measure the success of your marketing campaigns.
UTM tags and custom parameters make it easier to see which ads, emails, or social posts are driving sales. They will be visible in Shopifys native Analytics Reports.
Activate attribution by toggling on the card. Then:

Add or edit UTM tags

Enter values for Source, Medium, Campaign, and other UTM fields to track your marketing efforts.

Add custom parameters (optional)

Create your own custom tracking fields if you need more detailed reporting.

Save

Your tracking tags will be added to the checkout link automatically.
Coordinate with your marketing team to use consistent UTM tags for better reporting.
