Dynamic links allow you to create personalized checkout experiences by automatically prefilling cart items and customer information based on customer-specific data. Dynamic links are really good to prefill the cart with either:
  1. Re-ordered items - Add all items from a customer’s previous order
  2. Abandoned items - Add items from a customer’s abandoned cart

Prefilled Checkout Information

When you add a customer ID to your dynamic link, the checkout will be prefilled with the customer’s shipping information, including:
  • Name
  • Address
  • All other saved customer details

Flexible Configuration

You have full control over what gets prefilled:
  • Customer information only - Prefill checkout details without adding any items to the cart
  • Customer information + cart items - Combine prefilled checkout with reordered or abandoned items
For abandonment links, if the abandoned cart is associated with a known customer, both the abandoned items and the customer’s checkout shipping information will be automatically prefilled.
