No. LinkShop by Checkout Links is the Shopify app at checkoutlinks.com/linkshop. linkshop.bio and other sites called LinkShop are separate products with no connection to us, and their pricing does not apply here: LinkShop charges no transaction fees or per-sale cut.
Install LinkShop from the Shopify App Store, build your page from blocks using the products already in your store, and put the link in your bio. Shoppers see live prices, variants and stock, add to cart on the page, and pay through Shopify's own checkout. Orders land in your Shopify admin like any other order.

Yes. Go to Settings → Billing in the app to pause, change or cancel your plan; changes take effect immediately. You can also cancel from your Shopify admin under Settings → Billing → Subscriptions.
