These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern use of the Checkout Links Shopify application ("App"), provided by Edinson & P AB. By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, you should not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service
The App provides checkout link functionality for Shopify stores, allowing merchants to create, manage, and share direct-to-checkout links with features including discounts, pre-checkout pages, analytics, and integrations.
3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and possess authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of their business or entity. An active Shopify account and compliance with Shopify's terms of service are required.
4. License
A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license is granted for internal business purposes connected to your Shopify store. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
5. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and Shopify's policies
- Maintain accurate and current account information
- Not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the App
- Take sole responsibility for the configuration and legal compliance of discounts and promotions created through the App
6. Fees and Payment
Fees follow the Shopify App Store listing specifications. All payments are handled through Shopify's billing system. Pricing may change with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual Property
Edinson & P AB retains all intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, and documentation. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute App content without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edinson & P AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The provider disclaims liability for discount application errors, pricing issues, or any consequences resulting from the merchant's configuration of the App.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edinson & P AB from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of this Agreement.
11. Termination
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the App. We may terminate or suspend access with 30 days' notice for convenience, or immediately if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your license ceases immediately and data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or app notification with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you may terminate by uninstalling the App.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.
