Checkout Links for Wholesale

Pre-built wholesale carts with B2B pricing, account-specific discounts, and net-terms instructions — sent to your wholesale customers as a single URL.

Shopify B2B is powerful but the workflow can still feel heavy for repeat wholesale orders. The buyer logs into the wholesale portal, finds the right catalogue, builds the cart, applies any account-specific discount, checks out.

Replace that with a single URL per account. Pre-loaded SKUs, B2B pricing, customer pre-fill, net-terms checkout option already wired up.

Where this matters

  • Repeat orders. Standing-order skews look the same every month. One link, one tap, done.
  • Account-specific promotions. Build a Checkout Link with the customer’s account-specific discount baked in. No code to type, no question of which terms apply.
  • Sales-rep handoffs. A rep negotiates a custom mix on a call → drops a Checkout Link in the follow-up email → buyer signs off in one tap.
  • Tiered catalogues. Different wholesale tiers see different pricing on the same SKUs. Per-tier links surface the correct version.

Why this beats a wholesale portal as the only flow

Portals work for buyers who already navigate them confidently. Links work for everyone — internal sales teams, external accounts, small wholesalers, sample-order buyers. You can run both in parallel.

Frequently asked

Does this work with Shopify B2B?

Yes. If you're on Shopify Plus with B2B enabled, Checkout Links can target B2B customer accounts with the right wholesale catalogue and pricing already applied.

Can the link pre-apply net terms?

It can pre-fill the account so the customer's net-terms payment option appears at checkout. The actual net-terms logic lives in your Shopify B2B setup; the link just makes sure the right customer is logged in.

What about repeat orders?

Build a Checkout Link per account that mirrors their most common SKU mix. They reorder in one tap instead of rebuilding the cart every month.
