Publishing your page and products

Where your LinkShop lives, how changes go live, which products can appear on it, and how to put the link in your bio.

Your LinkShop is a live page on your store’s domain. This article covers where it lives, how your edits reach it, why some products may be missing, and how to share the link.

Where Your Page Lives

Your LinkShop is served from your own store domain at yourstore.com/a/linkshop, or at your custom URL if you have set one (see the Custom URL article). The Your LinkShop URL card on the dashboard shows the exact address, with Copy URL and a button to open it.

There is no separate “publish” switch for the page. When you save in the editor, the live page updates. The preview inside the editor shows what visitors will see before you save.

Which Products Can Appear

Product, Product Grid and Product Slider blocks can only show products that are available on the LinkShop sales channel. A product that isn’t published to the channel won’t appear in the picker and won’t show on your page, even if it is active in your store.

To check the status:

  1. Open LinkShop in your Shopify admin
  2. Go to Settings > Publishing
  3. The Product status card shows how many of your products are on the LinkShop channel, for example 12/40 products

Click the card to open your product list in the Shopify admin with all products selected, then use More actions > Add to sales channel or edit the Sales channels section on each product to add LinkShop.

Products appear on your page as soon as they’re on the channel. Prices, images and stock come straight from Shopify, so you never update them in LinkShop.

  1. On the dashboard, click Copy URL in the Your LinkShop URL card
  2. Open the app where you want it — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X — and edit your profile
  3. Paste the address into the website or link-in-bio field and save

Use the same link everywhere. It doesn’t change when you edit your page, so you only ever set it once — unless you change your custom URL.

Tips

  • Set your custom URL before you paste the link into your profiles.
  • If a product is missing from the picker, the sales channel is almost always the reason. Check Settings > Publishing first.
  • Products that are sold out or hidden in Shopify still follow Shopify’s rules on your page — LinkShop shows what your store shows.
